Even the revelation that Irene is a highly successful hit woman (whose embezzler husband he has just bumped off) gives Charley only momentary pause: "Do I ice her? Do I marry her? Which wanna dese?" With the blessing of the Godfather, they wed and settle into domestic bliss—until each is contracted, by a different Prizzi, to rub out the other.
