He doesn't care, but his sister, Corey, cares. She realizes that Michael has a big problem after he robs her piggy bank to support his habit. The only thing Michael ever really wants to do is get high with friends—all of whom are under the spell of an evil spirit called Smoke (voice of George C. Scott). Coming to the rescue are Michael's cartoon pals, who take him through time to show how he got started ('Everybody's doing it'), how his drug-affected brain looks now—and what's ahead if he doesn't stop. The all-star loons include ALF, Bugs Bunny, the Chipmunks, Daffy Duck, Garfield, Baby Gonzo, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Baby Kermit, Michelangelo, Baby Piggy, Winnie the Pooh, Slimer, Brainy Smurf, Papa Smurf and Tigger.
