From the "Rear Window" in Eric's bedroom, the injured Fez (Wilmer Valderrama) spies neighbor Bob mysteriously toting garbage bags and concludes that Bob's wife Midge is in them. Meanwhile, Laurie comes from a disturbing encounter with "The Birds" next door and turns "Psycho" when she finds Kelso in her shower as he washes off a "North by Northwest" experience resulting from mistaken identity.
