Here, the undead live among humans and morph into wolves instead of bats—and their adventures are not for the squeamish. Mark Frankel (Fortune Hunter) plays Julian Luna, the godfather-like ruler of the city's five vampire clans; and C. Thomas Howell ("Soul Man") is Luna's human nemesis, Det. Frank Kohanek.
