The United States Secret Service will offer a $100,000 reward to viewers for information leading to the arrest of the killers of agent Julie Y. Cross. Cross and her partner Lloyd Bulman were investigating an alleged counterfeiting operation when they were assaulted by two robbers apparently uninvolved in the matter under investigation. Cross was killed by two shotgun blasts. The two killers, believing they had also shot Bulman, left him for dead. Robert Stack is the host of the show, which features re-enactments of baffling, high-profile cases, filmed at the actual locations where the events occurred.
