The list of the 100 movies is being kept top secret until showtime, but executive producer Gary Smith promises some surprises, "mostly by what films didn't make the final cut." The special also features clips and comments by actors, directors, politicians and others from the worlds of entertainment, sports and politics— ranging from Woody Allen and Martin Scorsese to Ted Turner and President Clinton—who reminisce about their favorites.
