  • WILL G. GORDON LIDDY (1982) 1/10/82
w/ Robert Conrad, Katherine Cannon, Gary Bayer, Peter Ratray, James Reborn, Red West, Maurice Woods, Danny Lloyd, Maurice Copland
ROBERT CONRAD IN BASED ON HIS BESTSELLER! Though controversy swirled over his politics and ethics during the Watergate era, George Gordon Battle Liddy emerged as a fascinating, forceful, sometimes frightening personality—all of which this 1982 TV-movie seeks to capture. It attempts so in a drama (based on Liddy's autobiography) that's dominated by Robert Conrad's portrayal of the man as fiercely competitive, iron-willed, and intensely devoted to his family—and to his work, first with the FBI and then, in the Nixon Administration, through his participation in the Watergate break-in and cover-up. That affair is recalled in vignettes centering on Liddy's well-publicized confrontations with John Dean, John Mitchell and Jeb Magruder. Less familiar events conclude the film: a re-creation of Liddy's post-Watergate prison years, which he himself called "one of the most interesting times of my life." (2 hrs.)
  • ANYTHING TO SURVIVE (1990) 2/5/90
w/ Robert Conrad, Kathew LeBlanc, Ocean Hellman & Emily Perkins
Movie: Robert Conrad's outstanding performance combines with awe-inspiring location footage and Zale Dalen's strong direction to lift "Anything to Survive," a ★★★ 1990 drama about a family of four stranded in rugged, Arctic terrain. See the Close-up
  • SCHOOLBREAK SPECIAL: "DEAR ABBY" 17 Year old in ER. 3/24/92
  • GOLD PROSPECTOR'S SHOW. WORLD'S BIGGEST LIES! (1990) 5/16/92
