FIELDS RETROSPECTIVE Record narrated by his son. LILY TOMLIN 9.00 SHOWCASE FOR AN EMMY WINNER Special: A variety show with a touch of drama. In two of this hour's best sketches, headliner Lily Tomlin shows a flair for the bitter-sweet: as Bobbi Jeanine, a cocktail-lounge organist with an ear for other people's problems, and as a clown who is punished for her slapstick behavior by the ultra-conservative citizens of Dull City. In other moments more familiarly Lily, she re-creates her character of 51-year-old Edith Ann; plays a bored housewife turned store detective who is being pursued by her amorous boss (John Dyner); sings and dances in a salute to her home town of Detroit; and plays an "average shopper" who gets scrubbed and polished in a carwash—demonstrating the holding power of "Slay-Put" hair spray. Peter Matz orchestra. (60 min.) Groucho with Marilyn Monroe in "Love Happy," the last of the 13 films the Marx Brothers made as a team. Groucho went on to great TV success. ## RIGHT COLUMN REEL 966.
