Based on a Twilight Zone episode by Richard Matheson, the climactic vignette uses digital-effects technology to depict Homer trapped in a weird, 3-D universe where, in his words, "my stomach sticks way out in front." In another segment, an animated Paul Anka croons to help Springfield combat giant advertising-campaign characters in the "Attack of the 50-Foot Eyesores." DEADLY GAMES Debut: A tongue-in-cheek sci-fi adventure about the interactive universe gone berserk. Mild-mannered scientist Gus Lloyd (James Calvert) has a hobby that allows him to blow off steam: He designs video games, and bases his bad guys on people who bug him. But a freak accident occurs, unleashing the sublimely sinister Sebastian Jackal (Christopher Lloyd) and his minions on the real world.
